On behalf of our shareholders and employees at Hibbing Fabricators we’re pleased to introduce you to our newly appointed President, Mr. John Reynolds. He is officially on board and officed out of our Hibbing Minnesota manufacturing facility and offices. His first day was Monday, April 27th.

John brings decades of experience to the company and has a proven record of taking manufacturing companies like ours to the next level through continuous improvement and overall customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Hibbing Fabricators, John held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Standard Iron and Wire Works, a large custom metal fabricator with numerous facilities throughout the United States as well as a site in Mexico. John’s professional career has been a steady progression of leadership positions from Plant Management to numerous Vice President level positions within a variety of industries. Previous to his professional employment experience he served as a Captain in the United States Army. John graduated from St. John’s University in Minnesota with a BA in Mathematics.

Hibbing Fabricators has been manufacturing precision sheet metal products and components for the Aerospace, medical device, electronics and other industries around the world since 1985. After experiencing another year of growth, we are excited with John’s unique experience in turning manufacturing companies of our size into significantly larger, leaner organizations. There are enormous opportunities for Hibbing Fabricators, and we couldn’t be happier with John joining our team and helping us and our customers achieve continued success.

Hibbing Fabricators was in attendance and displayed at the 2019, 25th anniversary, Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) Minneapolis. This is the Midwest’s largest medical device technology event. MD&M Minneapolis.connected us with suppliers as well as existing and potential new customers while revealing the latest trends and technology from medical manufacturers, and more. Combining five exciting shows on one show floor, the event helps us circulate beyond our own industry to discover opportunities with experts in plastics, packaging, automation, 3D printing, robotics and much much more. We were one of a very few precision sheet metal manufacturing businesses and so the opportunity was very good.

Hibbing Fabricators was in attendance at the 2018 EAA-Airventure event in Oshkosh WI. This is a fantastic opportunity to visit and network with existing and potentially new customers. Many of our customers are represented there and the aviation industry is very healthy and expanding rapidly. There were approximately 601,000 in attendance, nearly 2% above 2017's record total.

Comment from EAA Chairman Jack Pelton: “A ‘perfect’ event may be unattainable, but AirVenture 2018 came about as close as one could imagine. The combination of outstanding programs, aircraft variety, a robust economy, and good weather combined to complement the efforts of our staff and 5,000 volunteers throughout the grounds. The week was upbeat, exciting, and filled with many ‘Only at Oshkosh’ moments.”

Hibbing Fabricators has been approved to receive AS9100D Certification. This neccessary formality allows us to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations through the continual improvement and upgrade of our Quality Management System.
