Founded in 1985, Hibbing Fabricators, Inc. is a fabricator of precision custom sheet metal components and assemblies. From prototypes to short and long production runs, we have earned a reputation for quality, dependability, and customer service. Using today's modern equipment, we create intricate, precision components from steel, aluminum, brass, copper, stainless, and even titanium. Most custom fabricators shy away from delicate, hard to process material like thin gauge tin-plate, but not Hibbing Fabricators. We're right at home with a full spectrum of materials ranging from 31 gauge to 1" thick! If you have restrictive, just-in-time inventory requirements, let us design a program to meet your needs. Long-run next day service, even in complex assemblies, is a daily occurrence for us.

To compliment our in-house, full service, finishing capabilities we partner with outside professionals to provide practically any look and feel you desire; plating and anodizing, painting and powder coating, and in-house silk-screening to add that final touch. These capabilities cover most of our partners needs but, if you have special considerations beyond these, give us a call.

Any supplier can put parts in a box but how many are willing and able to go that extra step to reduce your cost and lead times? We are. The vast majority of our customers depend upon Hibbing Fabricators to meet their product fabrication requirements at a stage where it most economically and practically fills their production need. By Hibbing Fabricators providing the pre-assembly of parts, the installation of gaskets, seals, fasteners, and other time consuming and expensive production steps, our customers production times are reduced, thus resulting in a more cost effective and time efficient transfer of product.

Are aesthetics and packaging a concern? A number of our customers have extremely stringent requirements calling for special considerations in packaging and handling. Whether it is individual components hand wrapped for protection, "kit" packaging where all assembly parts come as one unit, or custom dedicated containers, we'll work with you to provide a means and process that meet your needs.

With some of the most modern equipment in the industry, our 37,000 square foot facility is designed to minimize production cost and maximize efficiency. The Just In Time/Pull production system, cellular manufacturing capabilities, and team concept gives Hibbing Fabricators accurate and timely process flows from raw material through shipping that our competitors just do not have.
